This document articulates the formal stipulations governing cancellation and refund contingencies for all transactions executed on the platform denominated as Examvest. Engagement with our services constitutes unqualified acceptance of the provisions herein.

1. General Principle – All Sales Final

Digital goods and services offered through this platform are, by their intrinsic nature, rendered instantaneously and irrevocably upon confirmation of payment. Accordingly, all transactions are categorically deemed final and non-reversible, save in circumstances explicitly delineated below.

2. Exceptional Circumstances for Refund

Refunds shall not be issued as a matter of routine or preference. Notwithstanding, the Service Provider reserves the discretionary prerogative to authorize a refund under the following narrowly circumscribed conditions:

• A demonstrable technical failure originating exclusively from the platform, rendering the User incapable of accessing purchased content.
• An inadvertent duplicate transaction, validated through unequivocal payment evidence.
• Any circumstance where applicable statutory provisions mandate restitution.

3. Temporal Limitation

Any claim for refund, irrespective of its foundation, shall be rendered null and void unless initiated within a strict temporal window of forty-eight (48) consecutive hours from the precise moment of transaction confirmation. Claims lodged subsequent to this duration shall be summarily repudiated without exception.

4. Evidentiary Burden and Procedural Formalities

The onus probandi (burden of proof) shall rest exclusively upon the claimant. Requests must be accompanied by:

• A detailed written exposition elucidating the factual substratum of the claim.
• Corroborative documentary proof, including but not limited to, transactional identifiers, payment gateway confirmations, and screenshots evidencing the alleged anomaly.

The foregoing materials must be transmitted exclusively to support@examvest.com within the prescribed temporal horizon.

5. Non-Refundable Scenarios

• Dissatisfaction with course content or perceived lack of academic rigor.
• Failure to achieve a particular examination result, notwithstanding utilization of the platform.
• Errors attributable to the User, including but not limited to, provision of incorrect details during registration.

6. Processing of Approved Refunds

Where the Service Provider, in its unfettered discretion, adjudicates a claim as meritorious, reimbursement shall be initiated to the original payment conduit within a reasonable duration not exceeding ten (10) business days. No interest or consequential damages shall accrue on such refunds.

7. Finality of Determination

All determinations rendered by the Service Provider concerning refund eligibility shall be conclusive, binding, and insulated from challenge, save as otherwise mandated by law.
