Refund & Cancellation Policy

This document articulates the formal stipulations governing cancellation and refund contingencies for all transactions executed on the platform denominated as Examvest. Engagement with our services constitutes unqualified acceptance of the provisions herein.

1. General Principle – All Sales Final

Digital goods and services offered through this platform are, by their intrinsic nature, rendered instantaneously and irrevocably upon confirmation of payment. Accordingly, all transactions are categorically deemed final and non-reversible, save in circumstances explicitly delineated below.

Where the Service Provider, in its unfettered discretion, adjudicates a claim as meritorious, reimbursement shall be initiated to the original payment conduit within a reasonable duration not exceeding ten (10) business days. No interest or consequential damages shall accrue on such refunds.

All determinations rendered by the Service Provider concerning refund eligibility shall be conclusive, binding, and insulated from challenge, save as otherwise mandated by law.
